CêlaVíta's specialist growers track and monitor the entire process of planting, growing, harvesting, storing and delivering the potatoes. So we always have the very latest information on the type of product we are or will be working with at our fingertips. It also enables us to respond to the vagaries of nature in good time so we can continue to products that meet the CêlaVíta quality standard 365 days a year.
Naturally, we aim for variety in our product range. We want to be able to surprise you with new potato products on a regular basis. So we invest in testing and development of potato varieties with specific properties.
After cleaning, sorting, steam peeling and blanching, our potatoes are transformed into special products such as slices, crinkle-cut slices, baby potatoes and meal components. To make these products as quick and easy to prepare as possible, the potatoes are first carefully sorted and selected to ensure they are all the same size and weight. So we can guarantee you a product with a uniform cooking time and perfect presentation.
Naturally, we are also committed to corporate social responsibility and sustainable entrepreneurship. For many years now we have been purifying the water we use and using the waste released in this process to generate biogas. We use all the biogas we generate in the production of our potatoes. CêlaVíta's business processes are also BRC and GMP+ certified.
